What is your turnaround time?
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of payment for your order to be completed. (Excluding delivery times)
How long will it take does shipping take?
Please allow 2-6 business days for the delivery time if you paid for shipping. If it hasn't arrived within the specified dates, contact us at hello@snoservices.com.au (please include your order number)

Can I pick up my orders?
Yes! If you're based in Victoria, send us an email or message us through our socials to organise a pick up day after your order has been completed.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
YES! Please send us an email for for any enquiries that consist of more than one item. hello@snoservices.com.au
What format does my artwork have to be in?
Your artwork can be in PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, and PSD. Artwork should be in a minimum of 300dpi (the higher the resolution, the better quality of print). If you wish to have a transparent background on your artwork, please provide it that way.
Can I print photos on garments?
YES! They look amazing. Make sure to provide 300dpi high resolution photos for the best result.
